These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Mental Math (the "App"), published by TuzBuzz Apps & Games. By downloading or using the App you accept these Terms.
1. Agreement
If you do not agree to these Terms, please uninstall the App. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the App. Use of online features may require additional verification.
2. Your license
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. You may not redistribute, decompile, or commercially exploit the App without written permission.
3. Player conduct
In online and social features, you agree not to:
- Use cheats, bots, modifications, or exploit bugs for unfair advantage.
- Harass, threaten, or impersonate other players.
- Post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Attempt to disrupt servers, leaderboards, or other players' experience.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. We aim to give warnings before bans, except for serious or repeat offenses.
4. Purchases
Optional in-app purchases are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play. All transactions are final once delivered, except where required by law. Refund requests should be directed to the platform (Apple / Google); we will work with them on your behalf where possible. Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
5. Intellectual property
The App, including its code, art, music, and brand, is owned by TuzBuzz and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may capture and share screenshots and gameplay videos for personal, non-commercial use; for commercial use (sponsored streams, monetized videos at scale), email us first.
6. Warranties & liability
The App is provided "as is". We do our best to ship quality and respond to bugs, but we make no warranty that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuzBuzz is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms as the App evolves; material changes will be announced in-app at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. Governing law: Turkey, with optional EU consumer-protection venues for EU users.
