These Terms govern your use of Number Crossword, published by TuzBuzz Apps & Games. By downloading or using the app you accept them. If you don't agree, please uninstall. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use the app.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for non-commercial entertainment. You may not redistribute, decompile, or commercially exploit the app without written permission. Screenshots and gameplay videos for personal, non-commercial use are welcome — for anything at scale (sponsored streams, monetized videos), email us first.
In online and social features, don't use cheats, bots, or exploits for unfair advantage. Don't harass, threaten, or impersonate other players. Don't post unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content. Don't try to disrupt servers or other players' experience. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules — we aim to warn before we ban, except for serious or repeat offenses.
Optional in-app purchases are handled by Apple's App Store or Google Play. All transactions are final once delivered, except where required by law. Refund requests go to the platform first (Apple / Google); we'll work with them on your behalf where possible. Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and can't be redeemed for cash.
The app is provided "as is". We do our best to ship quality and respond to bugs, but we can't guarantee it'll be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TuzBuzz is not liable for incidental or consequential damages from use of the app. Nothing here limits any rights you have under consumer-protection law. Governing law: Turkey, with optional EU consumer-protection venues for EU users.
