This Privacy Policy explains how TuzBuzz Apps & Games ("we", "us") handles information when you use Reflex Test (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. What we collect
We collect only what we need to run the App well:
- Device info — model, OS version, language, country (for crash reporting and bug triage).
- Gameplay data — progress, levels, settings (stored on your device; optionally backed up to iCloud / Google Drive if you opt in).
- Diagnostics — anonymized crash logs and performance metrics via Apple/Google's native frameworks.
- Purchase records — if you make a purchase, your platform (Apple/Google) shares a receipt with us. We never see your card.
We do not collect: contacts, photos, microphone audio, precise location, browsing history, or any third-party advertising identifier without consent.
2. How we use it
To operate and improve the App, deliver gameplay features, prevent abuse, fix bugs, and provide customer support. We do not profile players for advertising and we do not sell data.
3. Sharing
Limited, named processors only:
- Apple & Google — app distribution, in-app purchases, crash reporting.
- Sentry — anonymized crash diagnostics.
- Cloudflare — backend hosting for online features (where applicable).
Each is bound by a data-processing agreement. We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
4. Children
The App is rated for general audiences but is not designed for or directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents who believe a child has provided data should contact us so we can delete it.
5. Your rights
Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, KVKK), you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data. Email us at privacy@tuzbuzz.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
