This policy explains how TuzBuzz Apps & Games handles information across our website (tuzbuzz.com) and all our apps. By using the site or installing any of our apps, you agree to this policy.
On the website, we don't collect personal information. There are no accounts, no forms that hand data to third parties, and no advertising trackers. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, records basic anonymized traffic metrics (page views, country, referrer) for reliability and abuse prevention — no personal identifiers are stored.
In our apps, we collect only what we need to keep them running well: basic device info (model, OS version, language, country) for crash reporting, gameplay data stored on your device (optionally backed up to iCloud or Google Drive if you opt in), and anonymized diagnostics via Apple and Google's native frameworks. If you make a purchase, the store shares a receipt with us — we never see your card. Each app's detail page in the TuzBuzz catalog has a dedicated Privacy Policy with app-specific details.
We do not collect contacts, photos, microphone audio, precise location, browsing history, or advertising identifiers without consent. We do not profile users for advertising and we do not sell data. Limited processors we rely on: Apple and Google (distribution, purchases, crash reporting), Sentry (anonymized diagnostics), and Cloudflare (website hosting, backend for online features where applicable). Each is bound by a data-processing agreement.
Our apps aren't designed for children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, KVKK), you can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your data — email privacy@tuzbuzz.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
